About the Clinic
A New Chapter A Lasting Legacy
For 35 years, my mentor Linda Koby Blanchfield has nurtured and cared for countless patients at Cedar Hills Lymphatic and Massage Therapy Clinic, founding a practice rooted in trust, compassion, and dedication to health. I am deeply grateful for her guidance and the opportunity to carry forward this incredible legacy.
My name is Roxanne Karadimas and I’ve been a certified Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage RMT since 2016. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for helping people harness the healing power of Dr. Vodder's lymphatic massage to support overall wellness, restore balance, and feel their best. Stepping into this role is both an honor and a joy — a chance to continue a tradition that has touched so many lives.
We are excited to welcome you to our **new location at 11522 92nd Avenue, North Delta**, where the care, compassion, and commitment to your health remain the same. Whether you are a longtime client or visiting us for the first time, my goal is to ensure every visit is personalized, restorative, and infused with the same warmth and expertise that has defined Cedar Hills for decades.
Thank you for trusting us with your wellness journey. I look forward to meeting you, continuing this tradition of care, and supporting your health and vitality every step of the way.

About the New Owner
Roxanne Karadimas

Roxanne graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2015 and has always been passionate about working one-on-one with people to support their health and recovery. Early in her career, a chance conversation with someone receiving treatment for lymphedema sparked a deep interest in lymphatic therapy. After discovering that a loved one had been living with the condition for years without proper care, Roxanne was inspired to pursue advanced training, completing the full Vodder Method certification in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) and challenging the LANA certification exam. She is also a certified compression garment fitter.

Roxanne’s treatment style is often described as soothing and effective, incorporating gentle, non-aggressive techniques to support the body through different stages of healing. She works with a wide range of conditions including lymphedema, lipedema, swelling, cancer and post-cancer recovery, autoimmune disorders, chronic sinusitis, digestive concerns, concussion and post-concussion syndrome, and pre- and post-surgical recovery. Roxanne is committed to lifelong learning and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing education, always striving to provide thoughtful, compassionate care.
